Handling fees:

• Some suppliers apply handling or administration fees to returns.
• These fees are determined by the supplier and will be communicated to you before the return is processed.
• Grobler SunWorks does not add additional charges, but we are required to follow the supplier’s policy.

Call‑Out and Labour Fees

In some cases, returns or warranty claims may require the removal and transport of installed hardware.

• Grobler SunWorks provides this service as part of the returns process.
• A call‑out fee and labour charges may apply to cover the cost of removal, handling, and transport.
• These fees are separate from any supplier handling fees and will be communicated clearly before work begins.
• Customers may choose to arrange their own removal and transport, provided the product is returned in accordance with the supplier’s requirements.
